Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping:

1. Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Standard Shipping: 5-12 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

• You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The delivery estimate includes the entire process: order processing, in-house production, quality control, packaging, and delivery.

4. Delivery Delays:

• Occasionally, delivery delays can occur. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

5. Place of Dispatch

• Our tees are made in collaboration with trusted partners around the world—including the USA, China, and Canada. Most of our graphics and prints are applied in-house at our HQ in Trois-Rivières. When demand spikes and a specific item goes out of stock, we sometimes produce, print and ship with our partners to speed up production and shipping times. This ensures our customers always get their orders as quickly as possible.

6. Safe Delivery Responsibility

• The recipient is responsible for providing a secure delivery location. Monaco Social Club is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or left unattended after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address at checkout. Monaco Social Club is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

  • Discounts and promotions are not cumulative. Only one can apply per order.

  • No guarantee of validity: Discount codes may expire, be deactivated, or changed at any time without notice. Even if received via email, SMS, or social media, MSC cannot guarantee future validity of a code.

  • Promotions are time-sensitive. Once expired, they cannot be honored retroactively.

  • MSC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw promotions and discount codes at any time.

  • Misuse of codes (e.g., stacking or fraudulent use) may result in order cancellation.

International Shipping:

1. Availability:

• Monaco Social Club ships internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• Monaco Social Club is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, with tracking information activated within 24–48 hours.

Damages:

• Monaco Social Club is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
