Refund policy
Refund & Return Policy – Monaco Social Club
We want you to love your purchase, but it’s equally important to set clear expectations. Please carefully review our policy before placing an order. By shopping with Monaco Social Club (MSC), you agree to the following terms:
1. Return Window

Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. (Extended to 30 days during the holiday season, from Nov 25 to Dec 15.)

Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Returns not meeting these conditions will be refused.

Custom/personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Each item is eligible for a one-time exchange only. Once a return or exchange request has been approved, processed, and completed, the item and order are considered final. No additional return, exchange, or refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) will not be accepted.
- If your order qualified for free shipping (e.g., orders over $150), and you return the items for a refund (not due to defect or error), the actual shipping cost paid by Monaco Social Club will be deducted from your refund. This applies even if you did not pay shipping fees at checkout.

Up to a 5% restocking fee may apply depending on the quantity of items returned. The fee is calculated based only on the total value of the returned items.
4. How to Start a Return

Contact us at msc.support@ezcollection.ca with your order number and proof (photo/video).

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Any return sent back without approval will be rejected.
5. Order Cancellations

Each piece is made or printed to order.
-
Orders can only be canceled within 3 hours of purchase.
-
After this window, production may have started and the order cannot be canceled.
6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund (excluding original shipping) will be issued within 5 business days.

Banks and card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

If a replacement is issued, a refund will no longer apply.

7. Non-Refundable Situations
MSC is not responsible for refunds in the following cases:

Orders lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Packages returned or lost due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Packages shipped to unsafe or unsecured delivery zones as designated by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe drop-off location.
8. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discounts and promotions are not cumulative. Only one can apply per order.

No guarantee of validity: Discount codes may expire, be deactivated, or changed at any time without notice. Even if received via email, SMS, or social media, MSC cannot guarantee future validity of a code.

Promotions are time-sensitive. Once expired, they cannot be honored retroactively.

MSC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw promotions and discount codes at any time.

Misuse of codes (e.g., stacking or fraudulent use) may result in order cancellation.
9. Damages in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Save all packaging and damaged goods, as the carrier may require them to process your claim.

MSC is not liable for damages caused by carriers.
10. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
11. Policy Updates

MSC reserves the right to update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy active at the time of purchase will apply.
