PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
OUR RETURN POLICY
• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@ezcollection.ca with your order number and reason for return.
2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible.
3. Ship the Item: We will provide you with a return shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@ezcollection.ca
• We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you or provide a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
REFUNDS
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
EXCHANGES
• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
